UHLS provides a Books by Mail service for individuals in our service area who have difficulty getting to the Library on account of loss of vision or other disability. We mail up to three large print or audio (CD) books at a time at no cost to the recipient.

To request additional titles once you’ve registered, you can include your request on a note with the books you return, you can call us at 518-437-9880 ext 243 or ext 255, or use this form.

Books will arrive in a library mail bag, and have been checked out to your library account. When you are ready to return them, simply flip over the mailing label in the window, and put the bag with your outgoing mail.
