UHLS provides all the support our resources allow for all hardware and software used by the libraries to support their missions. We recommend, but don’t require, hardware and software purchases, and support the libraries’ choices to the limits of our knowledge and available time. If it helps the libraries, we will purchase and resell to them any hardware and software tools they require, with no added charge.
We support the Integrated Library System (Sierra and Discover) and act as the liaison with the ILS vendor. We host 22 library websites and manage installation, troubleshooting, and WordPress training.
We support a 24×7 Helpdesk and produce statistical reports on demand.

AAC (Automation Advisory Committee)
This is a committee of the Directors Association, charged with discussing ongoing issues, changes in the automation environment, and questions related to the UHLS Integrated Library System and other automation related functions and services.
Cataloging Advisory Council
Ensures that clean, accurate, and consistent bibliographic, authority and item records are added to the UHLS database.
Circulation Advisory Council
Facilitates effective and efficient use of the UHLS circulation system.
