How do I know what my pin is?

Generally, your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number associated with your library account. If this doesn’t work, contact us or your home library to get help resetting your PIN.

How do I get an account?

To get a temporary online card that will allow you to access e-content right away, you can apply at this link. This card will expire after 30 days. Within these 30 days, you can go to the library in your home town to finish setting up your account, where you will then be issued a library card. You will need to bring a photo ID and proof of address to get your card.

What should I do if it says my account has expired?

You will need to get in touch with your home library to renew your account. We recommend calling the library first to learn what’s needed for renewal. Library cards need to be renewed every three years so that we can ensure we have up to date information on your account.
