Adult Services
UHLS coordinates opportunities for training, idea sharing and feedback from member libraries, as well as consultations with individual libraries on an as needed basis. This includes the Adult Services Advisory Council and the corresponding listserv, both of which are open to all interested staff members.
Outreach Services
UHLS provides library services to the Albany & Rensselaer County Jails, and follows the NYS guidelines of Coordinated Outreach Services to ensure library services for all.
Digital Services
UHLS coordinates and manages the UHLS digital collections in conjunction with the eContent Advisory Committee.
Equity Committee
This committee helps UHLS member libraries strengthen their library services by identifying and putting into practice strategies that promote full equity of service, focusing on anti-racism.
