You are invited to join the Friends of the Watervliet Library.  Their mission is to focus attention on the library; to stimulate and expand the use of the library and its resources and services; to sponsor programs to add to the cultural life of the community; to raise money; and to encourage gifts, endowments, bequests and memorials to the Library.  Members assist with Library-sponsored programs and special events as well as hosting a lecture series, children’s activities, trips, and more.  Membership is open to all members of the community.  Meetings are held monthly at the library.
