Community Analysis
Community Survey Form

As part of an LSTA grant, Sandra Nelson presented a two day workshop, "Numbers Tell the Story". The following community scan form will help library managers in the Planning for Results process.

This page is based on the community scan form provided by PLA. Each question from the PLA scan form is followed below by links to WWW resources to help answer the question.

Numbers Tell the Story is supported in part by Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds awarded to the NY State Library by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. Additional support and funds are provided by the Upper Hudson Library System, Mid-Hudson Library System, Mohawk Valley Library Association and the Southern Adirondack library System.
