Join the Sand Lake Library Book Group for a discussion of The Hudson: A History by Tom Lewis followed by John Mulligan with information on the present day Hudson River Dredging Project.
Wednesday 11/11 at 7pm at the home of B. Martinage – call the Library for details.
On Saturday, Nov. 14 any time between 11am & 3:30pm, come help us be part of setting a new record for people playing games on the same day. This year we are featuring Apples to Apples and Aye, Dark Overlord – if you haven’t tried them, you should – they’re loads of fun!!
We’d also like to get together teams to compete in Rock Band competitions – if interested call the Library at 674-5050 and ask for mindy.
Saturday, Nov. 14 & 21 we will be having a bag sale to clear out our used books. A plastic grocery store-sized bag (available at circulation desk) of hardcover books and/or large paperbacks will go for a donation of $3.00 and a bag of the smaller trade paperbacks will go for a donation of $2.00.
