This storytelling workshop will focus on methods and techniques for librarians and teachers that Len has found effective in more than twenty years as a professional storyteller. Using stories for children from ages three to twelve, he will provide concrete examples of these techniques including participation, repetition, and how to lengthen the attention span of the children we work with through story engagement. Participants will leave with stories to tell and the confidence to tell them.
