Directions to the Rensselaer Public Library:

The Library is located at 676 East Street, across from parking for the Amtrak train station.  

From Albany: From 787, take the Dunn Memorial bridge exit and follow signs for the train station, which is on Herrick Street.  Go to the end of Herrick Street and turn left onto East Street. The building is across from the parking lot, on your right, just before a blinking light.

From Troy: (Alternate route from using 787) Follow route 4 south to where it intersects with route 43, turn right.  At the next light, turn right on Washington Avenue.  Follow Washington Avenue downhill until it turns into Broadway at a sharp left.  Continue on Broadway to the corner of Partition Street and turn left, then take the next right onto East Street, the building will be on your left just after a blinking light.

From East Greenbush:  From Route 4, go on to Route 151 (Third Avenue between Walmart and Target).  Turn right on Adams Street and then right onto East Street.  The Library is past the train station and will be on your right just before a blinking light.
