VIDEO POLICY

The Upper Hudson Library System will loan approximately 40 videos every two months. Videos may be borrowed under the following conditions:

1. No member of your family has overdue materials or fines.
2. Only two (2) Upper Hudson videos may be borrowed per family.
3. A fine of $2.00 per library day will be charged per cassette that is overdue up to the cost of the video.
4. A video borrowed on Monday must be returned by 5:00 P.M. Friday.
5. A video borrowed on Tuesday must be returned by 12:30 P.M. Saturday.
6. A video borrowed on Wednesday or Thursday must be returned by 5:00 P.M. Monday.
7. A video borrowed on Friday must be returned by 5:00 P.M. Tuesday.
8. A video borrowed on Saturday must be returned by 5:00 P.M. Wednesday.
9. You, the borrower, are responsible for paying for lost or damaged cassettes.
   Parents are responsible for damage or loss when the borrower is a minor.
10. Videos must NOT be placed in the bookdrop. A fine of $2.00 per video
    will apply to any videos put in the bookdrop.
11. Videos may not be renewed.
