Art Exhibit
The October/November exhibit in the library features the paintings of Dorothy and Ally Kirby, mother and daughter, from North Adams, MA and Grafton, NY, respectively.  Dorothy has been creative her entire life but in the last 3 years took up painting.  Ally has been doing art most of her life focusing on sculpture.  Painting has always been an interest of hers.

Museum Passes
If a visit to a local museum or art center is in your future or if you think you might like to visit one, we are pleased to inform you that  we have passes available for The Clark, Hancock Shaker Village,  the Southern Vermont Arts Center, and the Iroquois Indian Museum (in Howes Cave, NY).  Contact the Library if you would like to reserve a pass or if you have any questions about the passes.

Be sure to stop in and enjoy our display case that contains a collection of tea cups, saucers, and tea pots arranged by Charlotte Neaton. 
 
Story Hour
Our  Preschool Story Hour is held on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM.  The program is for children aged 2-5 and their caregivers. 

Book Discussion Group
The next meeting will be on December 14 .  The book to be discussed is “Still Alice” by Lisa Genova.  There will be no meeting in January.  The books being discussed are available from the Library so you can read them prior to the meeting.  New members are always welcome to join.
