Member participation: All member library staff responsible for reference, adult programming, collection development in all formats, marketing, and grant writing.

Charge: To facilitate the exchange of information among member libraries for effective development and management of collection resources, especially adult and reference materials in all formats; to investigate and develop grant opportunities; to share insights and information about adult and intergenerational programs; to aid UHLS in meeting Goal A Objective #1 and Goal B Objective #5 as stipulated in the Plan of Service.
