Finance Committee
The Finance Committee supervises the policies and
plans for the financial resources of UHLS. It reviews all bills and
oversees the preparation of the annual budget. In the preparation of
the budget as developed by the Executive Director, the Committee solicits
and considers recommendations from other Board Committees and from member
libraries. The Directors Association appoints a voting representative
to this Committee.
