Old Business:
A meeting was held with Jeff Cohen @ Times Union. You have to know
the right people in order for announcements and stories to get into
the paper. There is a large turnover in staff so the contacts change
frequently. He is to be invited for the February Meeting.
New Business:
No one contacted Bob about the Communication and Decision Making
Committee. Bob and Carol Hamlin will meet initially to decide what
we as directors need to know and a path that information should
follow between UHLS Board, library directors, and UHLS staff.
Meeting adjourned 11:05 am. Next meeting February 2, 2001 @ UHLS.
