Times Union Index The Times Union Index is produced by HMLA members in cooperation with the Times Union and local public libraries. Many local libraries and businesses subscribe to this index making it accessible to the general public. The TU Index is published six times a year with the first five installments coming in loose leaf format, and the sixth in an annual bound volume format. The annual subscription is $125.
