Key Bank

Originally there were two banks in Hoosick Falls: First National Bank in the Wood Block, and Peoples National Bank in the present location of Key Bank. After a fire destroyed the building, work began in 1931 on the present building to house the consolidation of the two banks. It was called Peoples-First National Bank.

The face of the building changed in 1934, but the inside has seen little change. Later it became National Commercial Bank and Trust Co.; today it is Key Bank.
